Do not send confidential or time-sensitive information through this website until that relationship exists. Unsolicited information may not be treated as confidential or privileged, and we may already represent a party whose interests are adverse to yours.

We reserve the right to decline any matter for any lawful reason.

4.Your Responsibilities

Reply STOP to (843) 779-9213, the number the messages are sent from. Opting out of text messages does not withdraw any instruction you have given us or end any representation. If we represent you and you opt out of texts, we will contact you by telephone, email, or post instead.

Supported carriers

Messaging is supported on major carriers. Carriers are not liable for delayed or undelivered messages. Not all handsets or carriers support every message type.

Privacy

How we handle your mobile number is described in our Privacy Policy. In short: we do not sell your information, no mobile information will be shared with third parties or affiliates for marketing or promotional purposes, and text messaging originator opt-in data and consent will not be shared with any third parties except aggregators and providers of the text message services.

TCPA

We send text messages in accordance with the Telephone Consumer Protection Act and applicable carrier requirements. We maintain records of consent and honour opt-out requests promptly.
